Throughout my life I’ve recognized that my true passion lies in supporting and uplifting creatives in our industry. Through the philanthropy and humanitarianism work we do, we’ve been able to create a space for creatives who are stronger together. It’s this agency's sole purpose to support our community anyway we can. After all, happier creatives mean happier clients! Our team is made up of a broad group of people including those who speak for the underserved groups of Women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ community.

Byron Del Rosario | Creative Director, Venables Bell

Byron Del Rosario is a creative with twenty years of Ad Industry experience. He is currently working as Group Creative Director at Venables Bell + Partners in San Francisco. While working across a tapestry of clients including Audi, Google, Frito-Lay amongst others, his most notable stint was running Reebok as it re-invented itself as a streetwear brand. His work has been recognized across the major creative award shows from Cannes to One Show to Mom’s Refrigerator. And while crafting and making are amongst his favorite things to do as a creative, he emphasizes being a people-first person— taking great pride in managing creative teams and fostering their careers.

As a Filipino-American and minority in the industry, ensuring that his ideas and those of other minority groups are received are one of his top priorities. He is a consistent voice and presence for making sure that DEI ideals are incorporated at every stage of an idea. Whether it be sensitivities, insights, production, or representation, he believes in using the little sway that he has in promoting work that better reflects the ever-changing American landscape.

Throughout his stint, he’s been even luckier to be raising five kids— Nathan, Hannah, Luke, Bella and Mateo. And double luckier to be married to his wife, Kat, who supports him making the things that he makes: ads, photos, designs, illustrations, messes, and coffee. The combination of family, some decent art instincts, a wide, but shallow knowledge of pop culture paired with life experience shape his positive perspective in the creative industry.

Client Experience: Intel. HP. Google. Apple. Bay Alarm. AG1. Opendoor. Audi. Hyundai. Saturn. Scout. Reebok. Elizabeth Arden. Frito-Lay Variety Pack.Healthy Choice. P.F. Chang’s. Orville Redenbacher. Westin. Renaissance. Marriott Bonvoy. Affirm. Washington Mutual WaMu. Barclay’s. Skyy Vodka. Sprint. Comcast.
