APA SF is excited to invite you, in collaboration with SoundEmbrace and our Annual Sponsor Capitol Art, to an evening of creative renewal Thursday, October 2nd.
As the seasons shift, take a pause to slow down, release stress, and reset together. This guided sound bath, led by Danielle Hall, founder of SoundEmbrace, weaves crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to soften the nervous system, ease tension, and open space for clarity and fresh creative energy.
Allow yourself this moment of seasonal alignment. In the quiet wash of sound, you may discover grounding and renewal that supports moving into the fall and winter months with greater ease, resilience, and intention.
